How refunds are calculated and issued. All refunds are processed in USD ($).

Eligibility

Refunds apply to eligible returns accepted under our Returns Policy. The item must reach us in the condition described there.

How refunds are calculated

Approved refunds cover the price of the returned items in USD.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility except where the item was faulty.

Timing & method

Once a return is approved, refunds are issued in USD to your original payment method. Because a payment provider is currently pending, no payments have been collected through this site yet; any refund owed on a reserved order will be settled in USD as soon as checkout and refunds are enabled.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty or we sent the wrong product, contact us at support@trutypet.shop and we will arrange a full USD refund or a replacement, including return shipping.
