What we sell

Trusty Pet is an online retailer of ordinary low-risk pet supplies such as bowls, walk pouches, towels, toy bins and storage. We do not sell pet food and we do not provide veterinary, training, safety certification, pet sitting or guaranteed wellbeing services. Product descriptions and care notes are for general information about the item only.

Pricing & currency

All prices, shipping rates, taxes and totals are shown in US dollars (USD, $). We take care to price items accurately; if an error is found we will contact you before processing an affected order.

Orders & payment

A payment provider is pending. Reserving a restock stores your order and shipping details but does not take payment. No order is a binding contract of sale until we confirm it and, once enabled, payment is completed in USD.

Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy and Refund Policy, both handled in USD.

Liability

We provide the site and products with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of ordinary supplies outside their described purpose.
